Matoke Tours is a professional tour company that specializes in trips in both Uganda and Rwanda. We offer both group and individual tours since 2001. Since 2008 we organize tours for tour operators all over the world as well. Using our experience, network and expertise, you can be sure everything will be organized professionally.

As a ground operator, we are able to provide a personal service and deal with any problems which may arise during a trip with professionalism and efficiency. Dedicated office

In Uganda, Matoke Tours has a dedicated office and an extensive network of professionals. In addition, Matoke Tours has their own car park, including 4wd jeeps and 4wd minibuses. We can offer safari trucks as well. All our cars are fully comprehensive insured. A good trip starts with proper transport!

Professional divers and guides

We train our own diver/ guides and we send them to refreshment trainings from the Ugandan Wildlife Authority. We are proud of our team of driver/ guides and we think they are the best in Uganda!

Gorilla permits guarantee

We can make special arrangements concerning buying gorilla permits. Permits are sold out months in advance and you don't want to disappoint your clients. At a small additional fee we can buy permits in advance to secure you of permits. If you don't use them by lack of bookings we will try to re-sell them. We use the additional fee to cover our loss when we can't re-sell the permits. This is the only honest and true way to give your clients a gorilla permit guarantee!!!
